双通道抗抑郁药物——SNRIs

上期推文介绍了《单通道抗抑郁药物——SSRIs》，本期推文介绍双通道抗抑郁药——5-羟色胺(serotonin, 5-HT)和去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine, NE)再摄取抑制剂(serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, SNRIs)。SNRIs能够特异性结合5-HT转运体(serotonin transporter, SERT)和NE转运体(norepinephrine transporter, NET)，选择性抑制突触前膜对5-HT和NE的再摄取，从而增加突触间隙5-HT、NE水平，达到治疗抑郁症的目的，代表药物包括文拉法辛、度洛西汀、米那普仑、去甲文拉法辛。

SNRIs抗抑郁疗效明确，且安全性及耐受性总体良好，在我国《抑郁障碍防治指南（第二版）》中为A级推荐药物，但此类药物也存在诸多局限性，详见下表。
